Council is being asked to give final readings to Debenture Bylaw No. B-11/2022, a bylaw to partially fund the Airdrie Multi-Use Facility and Library capital project.

Council is being asked to proclaim the month of June 2022 as Resiliency Awareness Month in Airdrie to ask residents to focus on discussing, addressing and experiencing opportunities that promote good brain health through increased brain knowledge and understanding.

Proclamation Request - City of Airdrie Public Works (Charlotte Satink, Manager of Legislative Services and IGM/City Clerk)

Council is being asked to proclaim the week of May 15 to 21, 2022 as National Public Works Week in Airdrie to recognize and celebrate public works employees who contribute to the health, safety and quality of life of the Airdrie community.

A Public Hearing is being held on Bylaw No. B-18/2022, being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 to update land use regulations for mobile vendors, outdoor patios, and temporary signage. Immediately following the public hearing, Council will be asked to give three readings to the bylaw.

A Public Hearing is being held on Bylaw No. B-70/2021, being a bylaw to amend the Lanark Stage 1 Neighbourhood Structure Plan with changes demonstrated in the NSP’s updated Transportation Impact Assessment. Immediately following the public hearing, Council will be asked to give three readings to the bylaw.
