Council is being asked to proclaim April 19, 2024 as Lights On Afterschool Alberta Day in Airdrie and light up City Hall in blue and yellow lights to recognize the impact after school programs make for children, families and communities.

Council is being provided with information on a project to upgrade Gwacheon Park to enhance its cultural elements and align with the intent of the Gwacheon scroll when the park was established in friendship with Airdrie's Sister City.

Council is being provided with a summary of municipal actions that will support housing diversity and inclusion in Airdrie for endorsement.

Council is being asked to rescind the seven Downtown Incentives Resolutions and replace with the Downtown Incentives Policy and approve an operating budget adjustment of $1M from the Downtown Incentives Reserve to fund the Incentives Program.
